Es lohnt sich auch mal nach "Error:" zu suchen um z.B. SyncCollisionDetected oder InvalidPolicyKey o.ä. zu finden

Folgende Fehler können beim Einsatz von Exchange ActiveSync Server auftreten.

DEV_errorcode

Dieser Fehler stammt vom Gerät selbst und hat nichts mit dem Exchange Server zu tun.

MIS_errorcode

Ehe die Funktion Exchange ActiveSync Server Teil von Exchange geworden ist, gab es auch den Mobile Information Server. Diese Fehler sind vom MIS.

SYNC_errorcode

Diese Fehler stammen von Exchange 2003 ActiveSync Server und entsprechen meist dem MIS-Fehlern.

HTTP_errorcode

Diese Fehler sind oft durch die Verbindung oder den IIS selbst verursacht und weisen auf Fehler in der HTTP-Verbindung (Namensauflösung, SSL, Routing etc.) hin

CONNMGR_errorcode

Diese Fehler beziehen sich auf den Connection Manager auf dem PocketPC, quasi das Gegenstück zum RAS-Client auf einem Desktop.

INTERNET_errorcode

Auch auf dem Windows Mobile gerät gibt es so etwas wie einen "WinSock"-Treiber. Diese Fehler deuten auf Probleme an dieser Komponente hin. Meist können Sie dann auch nicht Surfen etc

  2. Das virtuelle Verzeichnis "/Exchange" erzwingt SSL. Bitten Sie ihren Administrator die Konfiguration anzupassen (SSL-Zwang abschalten und port80 von extern sperren oder Activesync auf "exchange-oma" umstellen.
  3. Der Zugriff per Activesync landet nicht auf dem ActiveSync Server. Das kann z.B. an einer fehlerhalten Veröffentlichung der Webseite liegen oder Sie verwenden Hostheader, so dass nicht die gewünschte Webseite erreicht wird.
  4. IMEI Restriktionen auf dem Postfach verhindern, dass dieses Gerät sich synchronisieren kann.

  1. Windows Integrated Authentication is not enabled on the Exchange virtual directory on the Exchange server. The Server ActiveSync component uses Kerberos authentication when communicating with the Exchange server.
  2. Windows Integrated Authentication is enabled on the Exchange virtual directory on the Exchange server, but Kerberos is disabled via the IIS metabase.
  3. Kerberos is enabled, but IIS may return HTTP Status 401 every 30 Days when using Kerberos on Windows 2000.
  4. Sync is attempted while the mailbox is being moved.

Set the value to the domain defined by the default recipient policy. für example, Microsoft.com. Restart the IIS Admin service. If you are using a front-end/back-end configuration this registry key needs to be added on the front-end server.
  7. To configure the Exchange virtual directory to not require SSL
  8. Configure Windows SharePoint to use Kerberos authentication by following the steps in KB 832769 HOW TO: Configure Windows SharePoint Services to use Kerberos Authentication
